1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the website www.networktoday.eu (the "Website"), operated by Network Today OÜ, Aiandi 6/1-20, 12916 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 12094822, VAT EE101537579 ("we", "us"). By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Information only – no offer
The Website presents our company and our IT services. Its content is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice or a guarantee of results. Each service is provided only under a separate written agreement (offer, contract or service level agreement), whose terms prevail over the content of the Website.

Sending a request through the contact form does not create a contract and does not oblige either party. You agree to provide true and accurate information and not to use the form to send unsolicited advertising, harmful content or content that infringes the rights of others.
