Cookie Policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This policy explains how www.networktoday.eu uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage), in accordance with the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), the Estonian Electronic Communications Act and the GDPR.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They can be "technical" (needed for the website to work) or used for analytics, profiling and advertising, which require your prior consent.
Cookies on this website
Visitors of this website receive no cookies – neither technical, analytics, profiling nor advertising cookies – and no local storage is used to track you. For this reason no cookie banner is shown and no consent is required. The only exception is the reserved area (/admin) used by our staff to publish blog articles: after login it sets a technical session cookie that is never sent to the public pages.
| Category | Used | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | No | The website works without cookies. |
| Analytics / statistics | No | We do not use Google Analytics or similar tools. |
| Profiling / advertising | No | No advertising networks, no tracking pixels. |
| Third-party content | No | Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own server: no Google Fonts, CDNs, maps or social media embeds. |
Spam protection without cookies
The contact form is protected by ALTCHA, a proof-of-work check hosted on our own server. It works without cookies and without contacting third-party services. Details on the related data are in the Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can always view and delete cookies, or block them, in your browser settings. Guides are available in the help pages of Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Edge.
Changes
If in the future we add services that use cookies requiring consent (for example statistics), we will update this policy and ask for your consent first, through a banner that lets you accept or refuse them with equal ease.
